For teams that repeat the same work every week

Give your business a day back.

We find the work your team repeats every week, take it off their plate, and keep it running. You don't buy software. You buy time back, and we put the number in writing.

Your monthly scoreboard

  • 8 team-hours back this week

  • Counted from the system's own records

How it works

Four steps to time back.

  1. 1

    A Time Audit you keep.

We map the repetitive work your team handles each week, the minutes each task takes, and what it costs you. You keep the results whether or not you hire us.

  2. 2

    Your number, in writing.

Your proposal states the team-hours we expect to save, your launch date (30 days; up to 60 for larger builds), your price, and any software costs, before you sign.

  3. 3

We fix it, build it, run it.

We cut unnecessary steps first, then automate what's left with the best tools available. You won't have to learn any of them. Your team approves every change. Anything involving money, legal matters or sensitive messages stays with a person. Your monthly fee starts when it's live.

  4. 4

    A monthly scoreboard.

Every month you see the hours you got back, counted from the system's own records, and what those hours are worth to you.

Time Audit

Start with a Time Audit.

About an hour with your team, plus a short questionnaire. You keep the results either way, and the fee counts toward your build if you sign within 30 days of your proposal.

1–10 employees

$500

If we find fewer than 8 team-hours a week we can take off your plate, you get your $500 back.

Credited toward your build if you sign within 30 days of your proposal.

Book my Time Audit

11–50 employees

$1,500

If we find fewer than 20 team-hours a week we can take off your plate, you get your $1,500 back.

Credited toward your build if you sign within 30 days of your proposal.

Larger teams get a custom audit, quoted after a short call.

Talk to the founder

After you book, you'll pick a time and answer a few questions about your week. See the Time Audit Terms.

8 team-hours a week is more than 10 full work weeks a year.

Not happy with the time you're getting back? Cancel, and we'll refund your setup fee.

You can claim it between day 60 and day 90 after launch. We refund the setup amount you paid; your Time Audit fee isn't refunded, since you keep its results. It applies when your team gave us the access and approvals we asked for and used what we built. One refund per business. Monthly fees and software costs aren't refunded. When we refund, we switch off and remove the automations we built. Full terms are in your proposal.

What we need from you

Three things on your end.

  • About an hour for the Time Audit
  • Access and approvals when we ask for them
  • Your team uses what we build
